Windsurfing: Golf Course Car park, Ynyslas
Wind Direction: SW
Wind Stength: 25-30 knots
Surf / Sea State: 1-2 foot messy surf
Air Temperature: 15ÂșC
Sea Temperature: 17
Weather: Cloudy
Max Speed: 24.3 (knots - unless stated otherwise)
Distance Covered: 13.8 (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise)

Decided to go out first thing this morning as the wind was looking good and I wanted to beat the rain. Rigged my 5.7m and big wave board as although it looked pretty windy it didn't feel that windy at the top of the beach.
Walking down the beach however I though it might be windier than I thought and once on the water I was completely overpowered so soon came back in and changed down to my 5m and little wave board. That was much better although I was still on the verge of being overpowered most of the time.
Pretty much as good as it gets though with some nice ramps for some big floaty jumps, some sweet gybes on the swell out the back and some mad runs back in on the face of the waves. Didn't go for any big tricks though as I was a little overpowered really and with the beach desserted I didn't fancy risking any breakages or injuries.
